Shipping policy

As all orders are sent to be processed immediately after the order is placed, we are unable to make changes to or to cancel orders. Please ensure that you input your correct address prior to placing your order.

Typical processing/shipping time is 4-7 business days.* Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for delivery.

Once your order has been shipped and is in the possession of USPS/FedEx, please refer to your tracking number (may take up to 48 hours to update) and contact the carrier directly for delivery updates.

Items in the same order may be shipped from different facilities, in which case you will receive more than one tracking email.

We are not responsible for delayed delivery times once we have shipped your order. Additionally, we are not responsible if an order has been marked as delivered to the address provided but you are not in possession of the package. In any of these events, please contact the carrier directly with any questions and concerns you may have and to file a claim if necessary.

We currently only ship to the United States.

*Orders may experience processing delays due to a high volume of orders during holidays and promotions.
